My ring was sized incorrectly, and had to be sent back out to get redone. This however is not why I am giving a poor review. I understand mistakes happen.The reason I am ultimately displeased is based on how the store manager Michael Phillips spoke with me today. I have a feeling he speaks this way to everyone including his employees based on what I observed today.
