Just want to give a shout out to reeds jewelers, we bought my engagement ring from there and it has had some issues with diamonds falling out from my fingers being so tiny and having to have it sized so small, they ordered me a new one of the same ring and same problem happened. Today they told me that if I wanted to pick out a new one and if it were more expensive I could just pay the difference. Went there yesterday to ask questions on getting my grandmorhers ring cleaned up and get any repairs needed taken care of. The lady was on a personal phone call and left me standing there for almost 5 minutes. once she came over she explained what they would do if I brought the ring. I said okay cool I went to ask her a question. Another customer walked up and as I was in the middle of my question the worker walked off and totally ignored me.
