Just want to give a shout out to reeds jewelers, we bought my engagement ring from there and it has had some issues with diamonds falling out from my fingers being so tiny and having to have it sized so small, they ordered me a new one of the same ring and same problem happened. Today they told me that if I wanted to pick out a new one and if it were more expensive I could just pay the difference. Five stars is not enough for Reeds Gastonia. I can’t express enough how amazing they were. I originally purchased an engagement ring from another jewelry store and they lost it. Ally the store manager went above and beyond to help me. She helped me pick out the perfect ring. I purchased the ring and two days later it was ready to pick up. I love shopping at this location! Ally and her team are always doing their best to make sure I am happy with what I purchase. If I have had a question about something that they can't answer right away, they offer to find something out and give me a call. Not many places still take care of their customers like that!😊😊
