In 2016 my husband bought my bridal set, 4 years later I’ve had to replace the diamonds in it 3 times. I was devastated, but Reeds made everything so perfect! They refunded my entire money PLUS my warranty so I could walk home with my new bridal set. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE THEY ARE WONDERFUL 😊🥰 such honest and trustworthy people. I am more then pleased, and will continue to purchase through them. 10 out of 10 stars!!!!

COVID-19 has presented so many obstacles for many and Reeds has gone above and beyond to help eliminate them! My fiancé and I ordered our wedding bands prior to this COVID mess and were unfortunately unable to pick them up due to closures. Reeds contacted us, multiple times, to ensure that we were not getting too close to our wedding date and to let us know that our rings were safe and secure (my fiancé’s arrived to the store, but mine was not yet delivered). Not only does Reeds Jewelers have a wonderful selection of jewelry, but they have an amazing staff! I recently had the pleasure of working with Lenny Barragan. She is knowledgeable, personable, and helped me select the perfect gift for one of my dearest friend's retirement. She also showed me many other selections for my future needs. I would absolutely recommend this jewelry store and will definitely look up Lenny to help me during my next visit.
I recommend Reeds in Hagerstown! The manager, Andrea has taken care of my family and I for years. She noticed the prongs were bent and worn on my diamond and explained in detail the repair process. Reeds has a jeweler in their store so my repair only took 3 days and I received my ring back looking brand new-after 25 years!
