Great experience today with Dr. Eidal and his staff. Dr. Eidal answered all of my questions and was really helpful in deciding how to handle my prescriptions. The staff is amazing! Delia helped me choose my new glasses and was so supportive of my indecisiveness. They gave me options on payments and were overall very helpful.
Terrible staff. I have experienced rude staff members not once but TWICE. Once in the past over the phone and an emergency with my son today was not handled with care or sympathy when I was asking questions. I walked out and went across the street to Dr Dixon and my son was checked in, seen and prescribed medicine all within 8 minutes. Dr Eidel your staff costed u 3 loyal patients in this family. I would even recommend people to u. DONE!!!!
The Doctor and staff are the best! I’ve been going there for about 6 years now and still do even though i live 2 hours away. They are welcoming and make the experience as easy as can be
Staff is friendly, visits are fast. The best part is Dr. Eidal’s services he has provided to our family on the weekends. Very willing to help us out...even before we were patients! Highly recommend!

I found Reedley optometric when I scratched my cornea. It was a holiday weekend and I called the ER line. Dr. Eidel opened the office up and met us down there to provide treatment. Then again, when I had a severe infection, they squeezed me in and provided me treatment although I wasn't a regular patient. Now my entire family has been patients for 3 years, and we couldn't be happier.
