PART TWO CONTINUE only obvious that your calculations is incorrect then October 2019 they're going to give me 3 month pay or vacate and tell me that in order for me to stay I will have to pay $1,000 a month to catch up. On a balance of 3696.00 I didn't even bother to ask is that with my regular rent added??? I lived in an apartment complex for over 20 years and 17 years in the same apartment. Reeder mgmt. took over the complex and gave me a twenty day notice for no reason at all. They are dishonest and have been reported to the attorney generals office as well as the BBB and Tacoma Housing Authority. Their managers lied, and the people making the complaints were totally dishonest. They just wanted the upstairs end unit apt. We've lived in the house next door to one of their complexes for years. There's always garbage and weeds and dog feces all over the ground, and the don't have routine maintenance of the grounds. I called about the garbage piling up in their yard, about 4 ft tall and overflowing with rotted meat, take out garbage, and medications, about 4 times before I finally called the health department. sad situation. – As a former employee of Reeder Management, I can say I enjoyed my job and was thankful for it. The manager I was under at a certian property had a bad day and fired a good employee who responded to every emergency and completed every task giving to me. She was apparently stressed out and decided to take it out on me. It's very frustrating when someone tells you that your not doing your job when, six days before termination she tells how much she appreciates you and how good of a job you are doing. Terrible company. Stay Away – Terrible company. Please do not use them. We own a property in UP and asked them to manage it. They spent money without asking us, would not return phone calls or emails in a timely manner and refused to provide detailed reports of the work done to our house. They have an F rating on the Better Business Bureau. Stay away from Reeder Management. Stay away!

slum lords – After living in this appt for 8 yrs ,under 3 diffrent owners,reeder is by far the worst. Between raising rent 3 times a year,imposing BS water bills and promises of repairs without no action is becomeing a real dissapointment Now they just hired a new manager whom enjoys sexual relations with the tenands and partys in the parkinglot till 4am and does nothing for the place.It's soon to be the top getto and i know they wont pay for a relocation to a non reeder owned place Quite disturbing
