Horrible horrible company. They got paid and refused to install a part when it was delivered. The office manger is a nasty woman. She lied and they said her tech didn't promise to install the part even though she wasn't there. The worst part was owner said he was in the office listening to our conversation and his lying office manager said the owner wasn't in the office. If you want to be over charged lied to and treated badly then this company is for you.

I have known the new owner for years, so when i had a heating propblem I called him right away, and they were out the next day. Great service! the service men were very polite

I called in due to the fact that the company I had been with and had a warranty on it -suddenly disappeared. Of course when the tech got there he was pleasant and I had ranted a little about the situation and he took the time to call his boss-Gene- who managed to call regarding my warranty and fixed it so that my warranty was still in effect and saved me $$$$. Too good to be true--Courteous-On Time- and took time to solve a problem that was not really theirs..

Never use this company. They soliciate call during the dinner hour. I have been trying for 4 years to get off their call list but they ignore my requests repeatedly. Their service was bad the part they installd failed and had to be replaced, and then replaced again the following year, they use rebuild parts.
