Great building. Quiet. Units are spacious. Mine was recently renovated and has all new lights, flooring, appliances, cabinets. When I started looking at this apartment, the Superintendent Laura always responded to my many questions and has been so kind and helpful. Laura is the heartbeat of this building! Would highly recommend it
Superintendents Jamie and Laura showed us the apartment. They were warm, knowledgeable and extremely accommodating. We never felt rushed or pressured. It impressed us that when we phoned them (many times actually), they either answered immediately or returned calls when they said they would!! No other superintendents at the other places we contacted did so. Lawrence Construction has proven to be both exceptional in its selection of staff and their treatment of customers. We feel very, very grateful! Thank you!
It is clean and well maintained. Management is super nice and helpful. Very pleasant place to live.
I have lived here for more than 20 years. I have seen management companies come and go over the years. Lawrence construction is by far the best we have had. They take care of issues in a timely manner and are friendly to deal with. I really like living here, the tenants are good too.
BED BUG INFESTED!!! 211 Reedaire crt Whitby, Every apartment is infested with a bed bug outbreak all 3 floors, all 25 apartments the entire building is covered in them. The Landlord try’s to act as if unaware of how serious the bedbug infestation is but is fully aware of the situation.
