As a U.S. Army veteran new to the area, the care and support I received from Mrs. Angelica Dominguez was top notch. The way she was able to navigate through the Veterans Affairs system with ease while keeping me informed along the way gave me so much comfort knowing she was in my corner. What an amazing standard set by this young lady. It was truly a pleasure.
It’s been 1yr+ and we LOVE our apartment. We had months to scope out apartments in parts of San Jose/ Santa Clara, Campbell, Sunnyvale, Mountain View and Palo Alto. Strange way to start a 5 star review. My wife came home from work and was unable to open the front door. The door handle cylinder became disconnected from the bolt. We had to call the apartment and they asked asked me to open a ticket and then wait for maintenance to call us. I didn't think that process was great but the woman we spoke to was efficient. Overpriced and horrible management with worst appliances that would break all the time. Even the move out fee would always be very high even after you deep clean the apartment. Recently got to know that a law suit is filed on Essex as they are violating security deposit law and not paying it back.
