Currently, my second piece of jewelry is being made. The owners and employees are never too busy to talk to you, listen to you and understand the significance and meaning of a custom made piece of jewelry. The craftsmanship is nothing but superior. I’ve had jewelry made elsewhere over the years, but have never had this type of professionalism along with genuine kindness shown to me. I would recommend Reed & Sons over any other jeweler in the KC Metro area or Columbia region. These folks are stellar!
Engravers BEWARE! take a picture of the text and the EXACT way you want it placed. Engraver placed text DIAGONAL AND flipped from orientation of the watch. Attention to detail was lacking during the engrave process. Even charged me a rush fee, since needed same day.
Rochelle was so helpful, knowledgeable and very friendly. She took the time to help me find what earrings worked and looked best for me. They have an amazing selection of jewelry
