Will NEVER go to Reed Pierce's in Byram again. They overcooked my fiance's steak and when he sent it back, he was questioned by two managers and the owner before he finally just said he didn't want it anymore. When I later complained to the owner, he cussed me out and was completely disrespectful to me. It's a shame that at some point, "the customer is always right" philosophy has been lost there or perhaps it has never existed. I have never been treated like that at any establishment anywhere. I had the catch of the day : grilled scallops with asparagus & rice pilaf it was so good a great place for our anniversary.

Service was awful. Server spilled sauce on my mother and ruined her clothes and purse. Only consideration given was a handful of napkins and an apology followed by a laugh. Gratuity was added without my permission and they had to call a manager to come in from home to take it off my ticket. Manager on duty was combative and just plain rude. My food came 15 minutes after everyone else's. Will never come back to this restaurant again.
