Was very disappointed contacted Reed car lot yesterday about the Santa Cruz was told it was on hold for us to come look at & test drive told them we would be there by 2:30...got to the car lot AT 2:30 walked into the reception desk & got told sorry it was just sold really don't want to drive an hour & half to be told sorry... terrible experience!!!
This was my second purchase at Reed Jeep. I had been looking for a specific Grand Cherokee and color. Sam Coughlin was very helpful. He ensured that I got the exact vehicle I wanted.
