Sam was amazing! He was super kind and helpful when I wasn’t sure where I would end with my trade in! He worked hard and got it done. Everyone was very helpful at Reed, but Sam was the BEST!
I had an appointment for service a couple months ago to get a 100k miles check up, oil change, tire rotation, patch a slow leaking tire, change my license plate light and get break pads...I'm now not convinced any of that was done after I was charged $752. A couple weeks after the appointment I got an alert that my tire had lost air again (about the same amount of time it took to lose air previously) and I thought it was maybe a fluke so I refilled and then it lost air again.
