Eric was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Came back and double checked the exterior unit he installed without charging me for it. I thought there was a problem with it, but it turned out to be nothing.

I would highly recommend Reed Heating & Air Condition Company to any one who is looking for dependable service and at a fair price. Eric Reed came to my house in mid July when my blower fan went out. Not only did he change my blower fan, but also check my AC unit without any additional cost. The price to repair my blower fan was two hundred dollar less than other commercial companies that I contacted. His service and price are a rarity in the DFW area.
They were professional courteous and were able to fix the motor in the air conditioner on the same service trip.
Eric Reed did an exceptional job. I had a demanding installation, and he had the best solution for the job. Eric has been very responsive in returning calls and following through on what he promises.
