They are very professional.
Truly trustworthy service. He did a great job and did it efficiently, timely and very cost effective. Will always call Eric for my AC/Heat needs no matter what house I am in.
Eric was my service man. He was polite, got back to my calls right away. He knew a lot about the products that were on the market, and how to adivise me. He showed up on time. He did his work very quickly but carefully. He cleaned up after himself. I shopped around a lot before I made my dicision to use him and his company, he gave me the best deal. The unit that Eric chose for me so far it's working great. I will call him back for regular maintence on my A/C. I wll tell my friends about him and his company.

Delivered on time and good job on installation -- although it did take longer to do than the original estimate.
What.....only 5 Stars??? Eric Reed DESERVES at least TRIPLE that amount!! Eric made me feel at home in my own home! Great Person! Great Company! Great Job! Great Airconditioning--it's the MIDDLE of JULY (Triple Digits and 3 months later) the A/C is going strong! It even cycles On AND Off--my old system NEVER shut off in the summer.

I am extremely satisfied with Reed Heating and Air. They have installed two A/C unit at my home. Price was reasonable and project was completed on time. Since the installation, he has made a couple of visits to my home to tweak some things - nothing was wrong. He has even offered to fix some vent problem that were not part of the A/C system directly.
