The grounds are always well kept. The layout is lovely. While not a 'gated community' it certainly has the posh feel of one. The visitor parking is most definitely lacking. Rough estimate - 1 visitor spot for every 10 assigned spots. How is a household supposed to host any kind of social gathering with such limited parking? Very few garage spots; vast majority are uncovered.
I lived in RF 25 years ago and still pass by on the way to the vet. It is kept as beautiful as it was back then. If I ever wanted condo living again RF would be on my list.
