The staff were friendly except when addressing billing issues. I talked with staff that had said they accept my insurance before service was provided, but after service, I was told I had to pay 100% of the bill even though I was led to believe my insurance covered it. Dr Reed refused to write off any amount to reduce the cost. They failed to be transparent & lack integrity.

What a wonderful visit. From reception to departure, everyone was incredibly patient, caring, and helpful. My dental exam was the most thorough I’ve had in years — complete with x‑rays, tooth and gum testing, and detailed photos. Dental Specialist Michelle was superb. Dental Hygienist Nathan took the time to check every area carefully so the team would have the clearest picture of what to address at my next visit. Today was our first visit to the Reed Dental Center. It was a wonderful experience. Thank you to the staff for making us feel very comfortable. Can actually say we are looking forward to our next visit in 6 months.

Great first visit! The team was friendly, the process was super quick and easy, and everything was explained clearly. Definitely a dentist I’d recommend.

I had 6 teeth extracted by Dr Reed and assistant. Even the thought of having a tooth extracted can be scary Dr Reed did an exceptional job in calming my anxiety and most important the pain was very minimal. Thanks Doc for my painless experience. Rick
