Dr. Coast spent less than 15 minutes with me on my first visit, couldn't identify what was causing my pain, and just told me to take NSAIDs and wear orthotics and the pain should go away. Contrast this with my new podiatrist who spent 60 minutes with me on my first visit, pressed on my sesamoids and identified that as the source of pain, recommended foot exercises that I could do, and designed an orthotic that didn't actually press hard plastic into my sesamoids. Very professional, articulate and courteous. Dr. Coast is very knowledgeable; he has a gentle approach, & has been my podiatrist for many years. I appreciate all that he has done and is doing to help me stay on Foot !
