I initially not happy about the Chevy pro pack that was applied to the paint to protect it because bugs still chipped the paint on my grille. After I called and spoke with them they brought the truck in, repainted the gille, and reapplied the pro pack for free.
Their Online parts store ( gmgenuineparts.net ) accepts your order then they email you and require your VIN number. Also, their online store cannot provide shipping cost + total at checkout. So, then they email you and ask if you really want the part.
