Thermablaster model WDFT320-VF will not stay lit. Called several times. No one returns phone calls. My repairman says I need both assembly parts to fix. I purchased this product to insure my pipes wouldn’t freeze. Not good customer service. I would not recommend thermablaster products of any kind!

From the first time I lit this stove until it stopped working one month later, it smelled of raw gas and bad fumes.the enamel burnt off the front of the stove and it kept shutting down. Never had the heat turned up more than setting 2 or 3. Looked at the Better Business site and there are a ton of bad comments about Thermablaster and their parent company. No customer service at all from this company. Heater won't stay lit and no one will return calls. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I bought a brand new Thermablaster by Reecon, it's not even a year old yet, I had to pay a furnace repair man to come down and look at it as it would not stay lit, he said it was a thermocouple, I have called and sent several of emails to thermablaster, no response at ALL, my furance man called them and finally two days later they returned his call to tell him they are out of thermocouples and they would let him know when they get some in...
