Scheduled an appointment to see a house with my realtor. Larry Levich apparently cancelled the appt in some system instead of calling my agent. My agent called me while I was sitting in front of the house to tell me Larry didn’t call her ahead of time to tell her the house went under contract earlier that day so he just cancelled it with no call. I’m tired of wasting gas with these inconsiderate realtors. I will post a bad review for every dang one of these realtors that screw around with my money, my time and my gas.
I've worked with Justin Mayer for several years now, both when buying and selling houses. In every circumstance he is not only knowledgeable about the market and the properties in question, but he handles everything in a very thoughtful and kind way. I texted, emailed, and called but they never responded back.
My brother and I live out of town and Martha made the sale of our mother's home effortless. she handled every detail including negotiation of multiple offers we received, meeting with contractors to handle inspection repairs, appraisal details and title company hick-ups. Thanks, Martha, for making it worry free. Looking forward to raising another glass to celebrate the sale and our friendship on my next visit to Wichita!
