Be careful with this facility. They allow large dogs to run around the gym. About 10 weeks ago, I was knocked down and injured by three large dogs, including a Pitbull, while I was stretching at the end of one of the classes. The owner, Yumi, not only failed to apologize for the incident, but she also had the nerve to be mad with me. I was stretching when the Pitbull pulled the two other large dogs toward me. Absolutely love my workouts here. Fantastic coaches who care about programming a great workout, giving feedback about technique, and supporting growing stronger. The community is great and I’ve never felt more welcomed. It’s truly a special place to get stronger and to make wonderful friends. Also — absolutely love the warm ups and supplementals before the strength based portion and metcons. Oh Reebok lab. I miss them so much. They are an amazing facility amazing great coaches they really dedicate their time and make sure you’re doing the right movements. I really had a great time working out at Reebok LAB. I have nothing negative to say about them, the workouts were intense they push me they believed in me, I really would recommend this place to anybody in the WeHo area
What an awesome place. We’re on vacation in LA and found this box near our hotel. We weren’t sure how much sports we were going to do on our trip. After the first WoD we knew we have to come back. Yumi build a wonderful community with the athletes and her coaches. Each coach welcomed us warmly, integrated us in the class and coached us and the class perfect. The spirit of this community is what any Box can look up to. Can’t wait to go there again!!
