Ordered online for delivery - at this point, it’s 55 minutes late. I’ve tried calling the restaurant multiple times and no one answers the phone. Disappointing and unacceptable.

I've probably tried one of everything! love all the food ! any night i go there waiters are the best. karaoke and dj nights the best💯 anytime you want a laid back weekend good music and drinks this is the place to go
Red Zone has great food and awesome selection of food on menu something for everyone... staff is awesome as well.
costs exceed the foods worth. service was slacking yesterday. fries were cold, waited while she sat down to get other items we needed, ketchup for fries never came, etc.... was just not a good experience. SAD.

Be more clear on draft beer prices. We were quoted one price by the waitress and when the bill arrived it was nearly three times as much. Waitress passed the matter to her "manager" who admitted he was there for a bachelor party and not on the clock, then offered nothing helpful. No written prices means the wait staff must be accurate, or suffer a learning curve when your tip is absorbed in the price difference. To the fellow who called out "don't come back" as we left - we won't.
