I have always taken my pets to redwood vet approximately 30 years and I the service I received has always been wonderful. The doctors have saved my dogs lives several times. They are very caring and loving of the animals they treat. My dog (Tonka) passes away and the love I received from all the doctors, nurses and staff was so overwhelming that I couldn’t believe. Redwood has been good to my pets whether it was something treatable, operable or a loving pet that was passing over. I highly recommend them.
Really disappointed by the rudeness and lack of care from the reception staff. Had to come back twice despite calling ahead to be prepared for a prescription. Receptionist didn't even apologize, refused to offer any help other than sucks to be you drive all the way back tomorrow.
