Scott Machalek with Redwood Systems was professional, efficient and a pleasure to work with.
Horribly ran business. Owner threatens staff if they discuss pay. Tried to give staff the more expensive insurance and give himself the better insurance. Tried to sue a hotel for no payment but didn’t give the hotel the proper equipment that was contractually obligated to give.
Not pleased with the lengthy time for resolutions on simple repairs covered under contract.
We have been working with Redwood Systems for several years now and I cannot say enough great things about them. Very professional, timely, always willing to help. Scott has been terrific to work with and I truly appreciate everything he has helped me and my colleagues with!
