I am extremely disappointed with the way this office treated my 7-year-old daughter. Last week, they canceled her appointment without notifying us, which was already frustrating. We rescheduled, and this time they gave her a 7:00 a.m. appointment. We woke her up early, got her ready, and drove to the office. Due to traffic, we arrived about 15 minutes late.
