By far the worst contractor I have ever worked with. Our experience with Redwood Roofing was incredibly disappointing. The recurring problem was simple: they repeatedly did not do what was in our contract or what we explicitly agreed to, and I had to constantly supervise the work to catch mistakes and omissions. Before construction, I specifically required CertainTeed DiamondDeck and peel-and-stick waterproofing at critical areas including valleys, chimneys and roof penetrations. Just had my roof completely replaced by Redwood Roofing. Ellison was great to work with and he is honest, responsive, and always on time. He gave me a quote 3 years ago and told me that my roof had about another 3-5 years of life left and said that I can wait a bit. He did not attempt to create urgency like some other guys. We are doing a remodel down to the studs, and reached out to Ellison. He contacted us immediately. Him and his team replaced our whole roof in a matter of days. Everyone on his team is professional, and curtious. I love working with great people. Ellison always responded to my text/ calls immediately, and even up to late night when I had so many questions. I would recommend Redwood Roofing Co to anyone looking to replace their roof, or even just a patch up!
Ellison and his team are professional hard-working and will give the best price. I am a contractor and sometimes it’s hard to find sub contractors that are honest and Ellison is a good guy. Good citizens good work. He is my go to as far as Roofing is concerned.
