Johanna is a wonderful nurse and they are lucky to have her there, she was extremely comforting in a difficult circumstance and answered all questions while being kind and understanding when we were stressed out and overwhelmed in an emergency. People like her give me hope in the medical system here. Also would like a to thank John the security guard, who was extremely kind thoughtful.

Lady that I spoke to on the phone was extremely unprofessional and rude. I always go to the eureka ER instead

I was very sick and wasn't sure if I had COVID or pneumonia. I decided to go to this ER and they diagnosed me with bronchitis. The doctor and nurses were very courteous and polite. I've just about recovered after taking the meds. I'm homeless but I do work. You never know how people will treat you when they hear of your situation. The Fortuna ER treated me great I have no complaints. I really liked Sarah she was great and made me feel like a human. When your homeless honestly you feel like a damn zombie. From out of town and received excellent care. My 2 nurses were so sweet and caring and Joe explained everything in detail. Doctor was very nice too!
