I did not expect the forms and while being reasonably computer wise, more direction on using the forms would have really helped. I’m not sure I finished properly.
They are pretty good when you first move in. Very responsive. The maintenance crew is great. Pleasant and responsive. The new management is lacking. Can’t park on the street which I have no problem with but the streets are so narrow that if someone parks on the street across from your apt (which happens frequently), it’s difficult to back out of your driveway.
