worst place to work all they do is bully and lie
If you guys trust liars and bullies and drama to take care of your elders this is the place for your loved one. If not, highly suggest putting them in a home with caregivers and management that has morals
RecommendedI've worked for Redwood Heights as the community driver since 2017. I love my job and the place I work, all staff are hard working and are willing to do what it takes to get the job done in the safest manor. Resident enjoy outings and entertainment and residents/family members seem to be overall happy when it comes to care. I would recommend this community to my loved ones.

I love the atmosphere at Redwood. The Resident’s are extremely active and having fun with the staff. Everyone is very friendly. I look forward to seeing all my resident’s and their families smile every single day!!!! Great place filled with love.
Do not work here! There is a reason so many people quit. The staff accused my cousin of doing marijuana when she doesn’t even smoke. Wasted a bunch of her time with their unorganized business. They also have very rude managers that are very judgmental and have their nose in the air. If they will lie about weed, what else will they lie about. Just saying. I definitely wouldn’t want our grandma there
There are far better places to put your loved one rather than this place. Far too expensive to live with no proper care
The staff are incredibly kind and compassionate. The management team has always been extremely helpful and very professional. There is always fun activities going on, keeping the residents engaged and entertained. If you are looking for a place for your loved one, I would definitely recommend Redwood Heights.
