I called Richerson after I contacted a company called RC Overhead doors, they're website had lots of coupons. They never showed for the appt, I tried contacting them back several times. Richerson showed up 10 min. early and replaced my broken spring in about 15 min. I should also mention it is my 3rd spring in 10 years. Technician responded promptly to my request. He showed up on time and was very accommodating with my schedule. I needed him to install the garage door opener I purchased. He was competitively priced. I recommended him to my older neighbor. l hope he treats them fairly.
Responsive scheduled a specific appointment instead of a 3-4 hour timeframe; capable repairman; I offered a suggestion based on my analysis, and that was the couse of action taken.
Our door was a problem a since we moved into the house 5 years ago. Contractor came out, not only did he corrected the problem, but he corrected the over all door installation, which had been a problem for 5 years.
Technician was very prompt in calling and scheduled a time to come out and look at the door. He arrived on time and explained the options I had on repairing my garage door. Thankfully, he was able to fix the door. GREAT job and very professional.
l will recommend to anyone that is searching for a professional. Technician and his crew was very professional and pleasant to work with.
Everything from start to finish was Great! I needed an appointment late in the day so I did not have to miss work and l was accommodated.
