I have been trying to get them to fill out a simple form so I can claim disability insurance for 8 months now and finally they have closed their doors and I am out 6 weeks of lost wages! I will have to take them to small claims and submit a complaint to the CA medical board. Frauds!!!
This place lied to me on numerous occasions regarding a billing error THEY made. The bill went to collections and the clinic manager still hasn't contacted me forcing me to now consider litigation against them. An astounding level of incompetence, a billing code error and complete unwillingness to correct it. This is what fraud looks like.
It was so fast and the people were really nice so I would definitely give it a five star review

Understanding that a health care provider is very difficult to get into in this rural area of Humboldt county. That alone speaks volumes! The front office staff are very attentive to your needs as soon as you walk in the door!..( Professional and friendly!)The back office Dr. Wahidillah MD specializes in internal medicine!
