I think the dentist of this office could use some customer service refresher courses. No bedside manner from first and only appointment with Dr. Largoza. Super disappointing as I was looking for a new dentist since relocating to the area from out of state. Her personality was borderline arrogant and rude when interacting with me directly. Her front staff was kind and professional, but those words do not describe the employer herself. Dr Largoza is the best!!!! Very gentle, attentive and caring. She makes going to the dentist pleasant and that’s a hard thing to find these days
Dr. Largoza has been our family dentist for more than a decade now, That shows you how excellent she is with her customers or most of the time we tell her that she really treat us like her family. I remember my first visit I was nervous and no confidence of myself because of my bad habit, she told me right away and assured me that it will be all worth it. Dr. Largoza is an excellent Dentist! She is very spot on with what your teeth needs are. If she does not specialize in something she will refer you to one that knows what they are doing! I’ve been going to her since we moved to Vallejo and that’s been over 11 yrs.
I love this doctor very much she takes care of me like I am very important to her she takes care of my teeth cleaned and perfectly I never had a cavity and it makes me very happy I have never had any pain with her she takes really good care of you so if you’re looking for a good dentist I would recommend her very much!
