*******NEW COMPLAINT******* 2024**** Our streets are full of potholes, a week ago someone drove through the community shooting a automatic weapon from their sunroof, our mailboxes are decades old and falling apart, our lot rent is raised annually with nothing to show for it except for a newly remodeled clubhouse and office, which no one gets to enjoy. Our pool room can't be used because the sticks are broken, there's no longer a weight room, our pool was closed more than it was open last summer, and random people get to walk... read more

This is a tree falling on our neighbor's house. They have been complaining for years for Redwood estates to remove this tree and they have removed this tree and they have refused to do it. We have other neighbors that have been requesting for years for the same type of issue to be fixed in their yards. They also have massive trees in their yard that are falling apart and about to fall on their homes and vehicles and carports. As far as we're concerned this is neglect . The owners need to re-pave the streets. Rent space goes up every year with no money spent to repair anything.

Redwood Estates mobile home park used to be awesome, however in the last 5 years they've doubled the number of homes and raised the rent 10% each year for the last several years. Redwood Estates is perhaps 85 years old, but the new owners are only interested in sucking all the money out of it and put it up for sale again. We don't get any new benefits. Only lose what we have. Trash service use to be included. Now it's another $30 expense. The park used to be maintained, but now it's just growing old.
