Been a resident here for about 5 years now and have to say it’s an awesome building the neighborhood is quiet and the resident manager Ben has been amazing very good to get along with and always has a open ear for inquiries or even just friendly chats, would and have recommended many of my friends to move here!
Generally clean and well maintained building and like the new interior decoration amazing. Staffs really friendly specially Ben building manager extremely helpful and friendly and highly Redwood court
I’ve lived here for 2 years and never have I ever faced any problems that didn’t get resolved, thanks to the incredible asset that Ben is to Boardwalk community. His approachable and friendly nature makes it easy for anyone to approach him about things, and you can tell he goes out of his way to help people. So happy to have such a helpful person and a friendly neighbour. Boardwalk is a better place because of you Ben :)
Lived here for three years, I'd still be if it weren't for medical reasons. Ben was a very friendly manager and there was always adequate notice if something was going to happen (line painting, lobby upgrades, parking lot cleaning, etc). The area is great as well since there are trees surrounding the building for privacy and I didn't really bump into anyone in or around that wasn't supposed to be there. Laundry is on a card system, just visit the terminal to load your card and scan it when you're doing your laundry.
