RecommendedI have lived here for about 10 years. First 9 years I rented and this last year I'm a home owner. There have been some changes in that time with new rules and the changes have improved the neighborhood. Redwood's rules aren't as strict as HOAs but the rules they have installed benefit everyone that live here. I have lived here many years but lately the front office staff has changed and NOT for the better. They are never in office. They don't listen. The park is now full of drug dealers and crime but the focus has been on towing cars and measuring the length of your grass. This place is a MESS. Do NOT MOVE HERE.
Nobody ever answers the phone.
I hate it you can't do nothing here you can't even have a pool or light a bombfire.
We lived there for 3-4 years maintenance is a joke. Ofice staff changes with the wind about once a week or so, at least it seemed like that, No one in the office can help you anyways they are just figure heads blowing smoke. DO NOT RENT OR BUY HERE.
Kim was amazing 10/10 she made the renting process easy and painless, being a first time renter she helped me through the hole process and made sure I understood everything. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a nice clean place to live.
Are you seriously blocking all 3 numbers i have called from? Goes straight to voice mail. This is fucking rediculous. Call me NOW! Putting a bullshit charge on our rent and will not respond to what it is. Utility transfer? For what? We have lived there for 8 months
New management from "corporate" driving around with flatbed trailers "cleaning" tenants yards. All they're doing is taking stuff that's not theirs and putting it in the dumpster. I can deal with not having decent maintenance, but to constantly be changing rules and management? Get y'all's shit together!
