Do NOT rent from them. You will regret it. My grandma warned me and I wish I would have listened to her. There's trash everywhere outside. Your animals will get fleas and worms. My neighbors were forced to move into a different apartment temporarily while these people were doing construction on the stairs and balcony. Their cat caught a parasite from the fleas that the temporary apartment was infested with and the cat died from it. Mine got fleas, hook worms, and round worms from the grass in the courtyard.
