This place will scam every penny from you. If you have auto pay set up and it doesn't work. They will charge you 200$ more! And it doesn't matter that you have the money in your account and their system is garbage its all on you!!! And they dont give a damn. Scammers!
I give Redstone Apartments (headquartered in Omaha, Nebraska) and Redstone in Davenport, Iowa, a 1/10 rating. After two years as a tenant, paying rent on time, I was betrayed and penalized with unjust eviction notices on September 11, despite cooperating fully with the move-out process by September 28, 2025. They overcharged me an additional $863.91, seemingly to hurt me further, even after I vacated before any court date. Do NOT rent from them. You will regret it. My grandma warned me and I wish I would have listened to her. There's trash everywhere outside. Your animals will get fleas and worms. My neighbors were forced to move into a different apartment temporarily while these people were doing construction on the stairs and balcony. Their cat caught a parasite from the fleas that the temporary apartment was infested with and the cat died from it. Mine got fleas, hook worms, and round worms from the grass in the courtyard.
