Update new manager is better than Melissa the last one but it's hard to get a stove been without a stove for 2 years now smh I wouldn't recommend moving here they also turn the water off with no warning ⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️
This apartment complex is very unreliable I have been waiting for my apartments in September. Now that they have new staff they are refusing to rent my me my apartment and refusing to give me my security deposit. Do not take your family through this turmoil is not worth it. It is December and I'm still not in an apartment and they refused to give me my security deposit due to staffing changes.
Management is sorry as hell! They go up on the rent if something breaks like the stove in the apartments and they still won't fix it! Rats, roaches, and crackheads roam the complex freely and management don't say anything or do anything about. The whole complex is basically falling apart and the mailboxes are always broken into by the crackheads!! I wish I could put 0 stars!
