Excellent food and our server, Debbie, was amazing!
A spur of the moment decision and we were both happy with our meals. The service could have been better though.
Felt Like I Was on Bourbon Street... Spicy Fried Pickles Was Awesome... Cajun Fried Fish Was Just As Awesome.. But The Gumbo Was THE BEST I Ha've Ever Tasted In My Life.. And Debbie My Server Was Just As Awesome... I will definitely recommend to anyone and I will definitely be back...
The service was great and the food was amazing. I highly recommend this place.
Our party liked the brisket, pulled pork and chicken all tender and cooked perfectly. Sides were potato salad, beans with porkbelly and sweet potato fries all excellent.All came with jalapeño cornbread which was also very good. Waitstaff was very good. Beware of poblano BBQ sauce one of the hottest around.
Had the spare ribs and Andouille sausage combo and it was delicious. Ribs fell off the bone and sausage was seasoned perfectly.
Brisket was overly fatty and undercooked, not as tender as it should be. Ribs were smoked too long and were dry with little seasoning, (@6:30pm). Coleslaw had good flavor but dressing was on the thin side. Cornbread had little flavor and was dry, would have like a bit of sugar in the mix. Brisket fries were good with good quality cheese curd.
