The loaded chili brisket is delicious! The ribs are very good too! Red smoke barbecue is a must try, repeat, and go again! You won’t be disappointed even the serious grillers will be impressed!

Really solid BBQ - and I'm picky about such things. Simple, authentic. Ribs were excellent, as was brisket. Black eyed peas over rice were awesome. Small but good beer selection. I will go back for sure!
