I'm an investor with several investment properties. I contacted RedSail Property Management and eventually received a call back from a Brian. I informed the Brian that I was seeking to go with a property management company to handle the turnover of a tenant whose lease is 40 days out from ending. Then find a strongly vetted tenant and manage the property for the term of the lease. (Normal everyday property management duties!) I have been renting a property from Redsail property management for 2 years and just renewed my lease. They are professional, quick to respond and helpful in every incident. I have had great service with everyone in the office that I have had the pleasure working with.
Home Owners !! Do NOT TRUST this company. Your house will be turned in to RUINS, and these people will have no regard for it. ALL they care is about making money and that's it. They will act nice to get your business, once you are locked in, you become no body, and the show is theirs. Worst Business EVER! This is family owned business, hence not answerable to anyone. Do not trust them, specially the owner and his wife. SAVE your house and look for another company.
