In 1965, Earl “Red” Schoenheider opened the first Red’s Savoy Pizza location on the east side of St. Paul, Minnesota. The Original Red’s Savoy Pizza name has become legendary throughout the Midwest, known for its spicy, secret-recipe sauce and for its old-school atmosphere… with a kick! This location is by far the best Savoy
The new owners are very friendly and the pizza is great.
I just asked if I could be notified when my order arrives and the guy answering treated me like I hadn't just spent 60 bucks there. I won't do it again. I'd rather drive all the way into the city where service still matters.
Used to love this place, pizza still tastes great- aside from the random guy that walked around bare handed with my pieces in hand looking for a box, no gloves- literally BARE HANDED!! Sad to see such allowed incompetence to take place, especially when it comes to our food! I paid over $15 for my lunch to be literally handled by some stranger before I consumed it.
