Many years of great service! – We have used Red's for over 20 years. We have been very satisfied with their work and personnel. Everyone was always pleasant and responsive to our needs. We plan to use Red's for at least another 20 years! (We hope Doyle wil still be answering our calls too!)

Excelent customer service – I had a tree fall on my house and take out the weather head, I called Red's and they were there within a couple hours. Everyone there was just great to work with from the office staff to the electrician. I would never use anyone else.

Best 'can-do" attitude in the town – I've been using Red's exclusively for many years. I chose them originally because they could do a job for me that the other 2 companies I interviewed said could not be done. They are excellent at being able to determine and implement solutions to the problems I pose to them, and this must not always be easy on them as I am a very picky customer. Great service, nice people – I don't understand these negative reviews. I've used Red's Electric on 2 or 3 occasions, and have found everyone from the office/dispatcher people to the electricians themselves to be prompt, courteous and reliable. Whenever I need an electrician I'll definitely call Red's again.

Professional...knowledgable...good work – We've called Red's twice. Both times the electrician (Doyle) showed up on time & did a great job. We're sticking with Red's, our experience with the office staff was nice too.

If they bothered to turn up I could maybe rate higher – After emailing and discussing rates I emailed back to setup an appointment for the next day. Never heard back and never saw the electrician. I'll go elsewhere to a company that responds at the start.

New dispatcher, no problems – When we told our electrician our problem he looked around, then came back to tell us what he believed it was caused by and how he would fix it. He even knew the age of our house based on the wiring. His knowledge of older homes really impressed us. He completed the fix quickly, also spotting a fixture in the basement that was over-heating. Wast of time – The office staff here failed to send me a contract prior to the electrician actually arriving at my house even though I had called the week prior double checking that they had my email and address correct because I had not recieved the contract yet. They then failed to schedual an inspection and failed to tell me that the inspection would not happen the day they had said. So I wasted most of my day waiting at the house. Stood me up – I was left waiting for 2 hours in a hot, stuffy property, after having made an official appointment. No one called me. Whe I finally called them, I was told that nobody knew where the electrians were. I was then asked to reschule in 3 days time. My time is too precious for these types if shaban it was a scorching hot day. I waiting the duration of entire appointment "window". No one came; no one called.
