The food was fabulous!!! I had the beef dip... and it came with the best dipping sauce I have ever had!!! The staff was fast & friendly. Loved it.

Red's is our absolute go-to place for fabulous, fresh and tasty BBQ as far back as we can remember! We use them as our standard when evaluating other BBQ restaurants. We love their 1/2 chicken dinner -- always consistently tender, and their garlic parmesan dinner rolls served up when you arrive are to die for! Well worth trying if you are in the mood for a great meal!

Unfortunately we visited for the first time last night and the tri-tip au jas was awful, dry and no flavor. The beef sandwich was also very dry (almost old) We were sitting across for a person that ordered the same thing as the tri-tip and hers looked ten times better and fresher. Super disappointed. We heard great reviews but we should have read them first before going. 2 Stars for my Mother in law, she ordered the ribs and she was happy.

Red's BBQ & Grillery supplied a very nice atmosphere for our lunch. Traveling from Fresno to the Reagan Library, Red's supplied a nearly perfect distraction from the road. The wait staff was friendly and attentive. The sandwiches were served in a very timely manner. The BBQ tri tip was very good as well as the dip. A very pleasant experience, indeed.
Ate here a few times with an out of town friend who really likes it. For me, the tri tip has always been cooked good. I am not a fan at all of their bbq sauce though, and disappointed that their sides are almost all starch. My most recent visit was yesterday. I had to ask for almost everything. When you ask for a dessert menu, you'd think she'd be back rather quickly. Nope. Watched her take 2 other orders, serve 2 tables. I had to wave her down, and then it was wrong.
