customer service is terrible
Just picked up dinner and our mashed potatoes had a very strong sour taste to them and our crispy onions were so over cooked they were not worth eating. I called about the potatoes and the Manager told me that they have had several calls about it. Really?? And you let mine meal go out. Disappointed again with the food

Love that place. When I use to work for Rand Medical in Simi always had my order delivered. My favorite is the Copped Bq Chicken Salad, Tri tip Bq Sandwich with mashed potatoes and Bq baked beans. Don’t forget the rolls and strawberry lemonade.
Went there this evening to celebrate my birthday, our server was Heather and I just wanted to share what a wonderful experience she created from her pleasant attitude, great service and attention to detail, awesome job!

Everything we had yesterday was absolutely delicious. I'm from Maine and whenever I do get out there to visit my sister & brother in law, I look so forward to going to Red's to eat. Yum!
