Had an issue with an order, and although I was given bad service upon notifying them of this issue by the person receiving the complaint, the next day I was contacted by the general manager and another manager, both named Ashley that were amazing. The food is good, the response to my complaint was amazing. Ashley S and Ashley B are wonderful managers that really understand customer service. Food to me is food, it's the service that matters. The AshleyX2 team is what is going to bring me back here!
I would not give this establishment even one star- worst service and food I've ever experienced! We waited 1 1/2 hour for our food, only to receive burnt and inedible chicken and steak! We left immediately to go get food elsewhere. When we complained to the gray-haired manager ( he didn't bother introducing himself) on the way out, all we received was a muttered apology. What a waste of time and money for a meal we never even got to eat!
If you like beef ribs, this is the the place to be!
I thought the food was good and reasonably priced. Good service.
