Not really impressed, I was heading to them to pick up a transmission from 4 hours away. I called to make sure it was it was still on hold for me from when I called Friday. I told the gentleman my story from Friday that I'm coming from Kansas City and the price is $500 for the part, he says there's a core charge of $100, I told him the guy from last week said there was not a core fee, he said he would check and call me back. I can't say what I was expecting coming out here, but I was blown away by Reds Auto Parts. As we all know, the best experiences are those that start with the people and not the product. Everyone from Mark, Roger, Tim, Rich, and of course Eric...were amazing. Patient, super helpful, and they absolutely didnt want us leaving without making sure the part was perfect for what we needed (transfer case). Always professional and decent prices on parts and they accept plastic.. Will do more business if needed.
