I loved Redrossa when it first opened. I even worked there.. It is not the same. The bread tasted old and cold. The preparation of the meals took forever. My go to meal was terrible. They forgot main ingredients on my salad and the lettuce tasted nasty. I usually finish the salad or end up taking leftovers home. Not the case this time. More than likely will not be back.

This was hands down the worst visit yet! We were there for an hour and 15 minutes and of that only 15 minutes was spent eating. Our waitress was horrible! She brought drinks after telling us she had food to take out. Then we watched her disappear and spend about 20 minutes talking to another waitress and wait on tables that came in after us, we were going to leave and she came and took our order and even read it back but when it came it was horrible. We even had to wait to pay for our dismal meal. Very sad...
