RecommendedWe’ve eaten here quite a bit. The service and food are usually great. Yesterday our service was awful. She couldn’t remember our order, then said it didn’t go through to kitchen, didn’t bring water even after asking 4 times. One salad was wrong and bill was wrong. Glad a manager was there or we probably would never have gotten our order.

I like the food wasn’t a fan that I ask for no mushrooms, got mushrooms and when she took it back it came back with still mushrooms on it... still paid 50.00 for a okay dinner, 😏 the waitress reminded us every time we order something how much it was.. which was odd to me.
Dined last night as a group of 13.. had good food and Debbie was an excellent server!
Ordered a Cadillac margarita last evening, asked what tequila was in it. She told us Patron silver. Yummy! This evening, ordered the Cadillac again and it was Jose. As we were talking to the lady bartender about getting the classic marg instead of the Caddy, The other bartender, Steven, interrupted and wanted to argue the content. Wait what seemed like along time, was told they were waiting for fresh fries, food showed up cold including fries
To be specific, the wait staff was courteous enough but we asked for a booth, which they had open but we were seated at table instead and 20 minutes later the empty booth behind us was given to a group. 3 groups of 4 got their orders served before us who arrived between 10 minutes to half an hour after us and it was just my wife and I. She ordered spaghetti, not a dish that takes long to prepare and I ordered the boneless short ribs.
We must have very forgetful faces or something... We've had a lot of issues with Red Rossa. One busy night we stood in front of them for 1.5 hours (everywhere else in town was the same), with them saying that a table was coming up any minute. Then when I told them for the 3rd time that they were seating people that arrived an hour after us, they looked at the sheet and said they "thought we'd left").
