Not recommended at all. This building is not well-maintained, with numerous problems, including bed bugs, cockroaches, and mice. The building management does not care at all, often blaming the tenant for all the issues. Every other day lifts are stuck. Constant smell coming from the garbage area. And they are asking for high rent for a poorly maintained building.
we went there to check the jr 1 bedroom they posted the price as $1775 online, when i ask the guy who is showing me the room he said $2000 . And also i check the big 1 bedroom they posted $1900 for the price. when i ask again they said $2100+ . this people are scammers
We enjoyed living here. The superintendent (Luba) is super nice and responsive. She lives there on site with her husband so they respond to problems/issues right away. We had a few pest problems and they've sprayed the apartments promptly. The only issues we had was that the apartment is super dry in the winter and the heat can get really high too (heating/cooling can't be controlled by individual units)
This building desperately needs gardening/landscaping maintenance (not to mention, internal maintenance too).
The entire building smells constantly. It has not been maintained at all over the years. No amount of cleaning or pest treatments have helped - cockroaches, flies everywhere, and recently our cat caught a mouse. If I could give less than a star I would.
