Went to Dr Darragh in September 2025 for orthotics. Said it takes 4-6 weeks. Been calling for 3 months on status. Each time said doctor will get back to me. Finally said authorization submitted on Jan 14 2026. Need to wait another 2 months. Such poor customer service and confusion in office.
I’ve had ongoing issues with this office’s communication and billing processes. I paid $200 out of pocket for custom orthotics after being told the office would submit the claim to my insurance so I could be partially reimbursed. However, my insurance never received anything, and the office has not provided any paperwork I can use to file the claim myself (when I asked, they refused). I experienced an issue with my x-rays that were taken at Dr. Darragh's office. When the office became aware of the issue, Dr. Darragh personally contacted me to discuss the matter, offered a sincere apology, and explained the steps he’s taken to ensure this type of issue does not happen again. I truly appreciate the time he took to personally follow up with me and to check on my recovery. I had a very frustrating experience with Dr. Darragh's office in Redondo Beach. While the doctor himself is fine. I am sure he is knowledgeable and knows his craft, but when I left I felt as though I still did not have a clear idea as to why I was in pain or how to fix the issue. However, the main concern is the office staff! I had x-rays taken at Dr. Darragh's office and was told that my x-rays couldn't be emailed and I would have to pick them up on a disc.
